What you need
- Minecraft edition
- Java Edition only. There is no Bedrock version.
- Game versions
- The full 1.21 series and the 26.x series, up to 26.2
- Mod loader
- Fabric Loader, matching the Minecraft version you picked
- Other mods
- Plays well with biome and worldgen packs such as Terralith, since DnT adds structures instead of replacing worldgen
- Multiplayer
- Install it on the server and the structures generate for everyone who joins
- Existing worlds
- Supported. New structures appear in chunks you have not generated yet.
How to install

Install Fabric
Grab Fabric Loader for the Minecraft version you want to play and run the game once so the profile is created.
Drop in the jar
Move the file you downloaded above into the mods folder of that instance. Textures load automatically, so there is nothing else to add.
Go get lost
Launch with the Fabric profile and head into chunks you have never visited. Find a tavern, befriend the cartographer, follow the charts.
Before you set off
Your old world is safe
Nothing is rewritten. Structures only appear in chunks generated after you install, so every build you already have stays exactly as it was.
Find things faster
With cheats on, run /locate structure nova_structures: and tab through the list of every structure in the pack.
Play with friends
Put the same jar in your server's mods folder and everyone exploring gets the structures. The install guide covers server setup.

Which version should I download?
The one that matches the Minecraft version you play. Pick it from the dropdown above and the button hands you the right jar. A build for one Minecraft version will not load on another, so this is worth getting right.
Is it really free?
Yes, completely free to download and play with. If you want to support the project, joining the Discord and reporting bugs helps more than you would think.
Do I need any other mods?
Just Fabric Loader for your Minecraft version. Dungeons and Taverns brings its own structures, loot tables, enchantments and textures, so there is nothing else to install.
Can I put it in my modpack?
Dungeons and Taverns is all rights reserved, so ask on the official Discord before redistributing it inside a pack. Videos and screenshots need no permission, and a link back is appreciated.
